Resolution

If the user or counterparty receives a malicious payload, latent response, or for any reason at all, they may submit their latest balance state to their original blockchain. This will trigger a 24 hour dispute period that will release VIPE funds in accordance with the balance state that:

• Matches the ChainID of the blockchain

• Includes signatures from both user and counterparty

• Exceeds the nonces of all other submitted balance states
