VDEXCore is presently in beta. This comes with additional limitations and protections for users. All withdrawals undergo a 24 hour dispute period even if they contain an FBS. The protocol team retains the ability to upgrade settlement contracts in case of a discovered exploit. These two beta features enable the protocol team to monitor and prevent exploits before they occur.
