# Stocks, Commodities, FX

VDEX uses [0DTE Perpetual Futures](/protocol/whitepaper/0dte-perpetual-futures.md) to support non-crypto trading pairs, such as stocks, indexes, commodities, and foreign currencies. Although these traditional markets close during evenings and weekends, VDEX empowers users to hold their positions continuously.

Users can trade traditional markets, such as $AAPL, $XAU, and $EUR with up to 50x leverage. Positions may be cross margined with crypto pairs and other traditional markets for seamless capital efficiency.

If VDEX does not currently offer a particular trading pair, you can request a listing on our [Telegram](https://t.me/vdextrade) or [Discord](https://discord.gg/vdex-trade). With sufficient interest, VDEX can list markets within 24 hours.
