Bug Reporting Guidelines
Clear and detailed bug reports are essential for maintaining a fast, secure, and reliable trading platform. Feedback from the community helps identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring smooth trading for all participants.
When encountering a bug or unexpected platform behavior, reports should include:
A concise description of the issue observed.
Steps taken before the issue occurred.
Any relevant screenshots or error messages.
The device, browser, or wallet used at the time of the issue.
Thorough reporting allows the development team to diagnose problems faster, implement fixes, and continuously improve the trading experience on VDEX.
Security Disclosure.
Security-related findings should be reported privately through the designated secure channels and must not be shared publicly to prevent potential exploitation.
Contributions that significantly enhance platform security may receive acknowledgment or a reward under the VDEX community incentive program.
Every report plays an important role in strengthening the platform’s safety and reliability.
